What if the pathway were designed as one system?

The initiative began with a practical question: what would change if education, infrastructure, career mobility, and the barriers that interrupt learning were addressed together?

The answer is a connected model that starts with early exposure, deepens through high school, stays open to adults, and uses a planned Living Lab facility as hands-on curriculum.

Convened by Alonzo James.
